1. ARCH PIPE INSTALLATION:

Put the” underground pipe” into the soil below 0.5m

Arch pipe φ32* 1.5: is consist of 2 pieces pipes, connected by Necking down, and fasten by Self Drilling Screws.

Put the “Arch Pipes “into the “ Underground Pipes”, fasten by Self Drilling Screws.

2. LONGITUDINAL PIPES INSTALLATION

There are 3 rows longitudinal pipeΦ25*1.5, fixed longitudinal pipe and arch pipe use Roof Fasten Spring, and use the Duck Clip on the two end face.

3.GREENHOUSE END FACE INSTALLATION

single tunnel green house installation ,There 4 pieces Stand Pipes(φ25*3500). 2 beam (φ25*(6000+2000) on every greenhouse end-face,Use U type hoop to fix the beam and Arch Pipe, with Self Drilling Screw to fasten.
Use Flat Hoop to fix the beam and Stand pipe, with Self Drilling Screw to fasten.Use U type hoop to fix the Stand Pipe and Arch Pipe, with Self Drilling Screw to fasten.

4.LOCK CHANNEL INSTALLATION,single tunnel green house installation

There are 3 rows LOCK CHANNEL every side wall in greenhouse, fasten on the arch pipes with Self Drilling Screws.
There are 1 Lock Channel on the top of greenhouse end face on the two ends. Fixed with Self Drilling Screws.
There are lock channels on the beams in the greenhouse end face. Fixed with with Self Drilling Screws

The first lock channel up the ground about 10cm ( left 15 to 20cm film to be buried into the ground)

The first one to the second one distance about 30cm, based on Side Ground Film width 0.5m to according to your actual working condition to do this.
The second Lock Channel to the Third Lock Channel distance according to the Width of anti Insect net (1.2m), recommend NOT MORE THAN 1.0m, adjust it according to your actual installation condition.

5.ANTI INSECT NET INSTALLATION,single tunnel green house installation
Use wiggle wire to fix the anti insect net to lock channel in the ventilation window.

6.FILM INSTALLATION
Put the Roof Covering film on the greenhouse frame, fixed the film into the Lock Channel with wiggle wire.

7.ROLLING FILM ROLLER INSTALLATION

1)Curl the film on the rolling pipe 25mm and fixed with “ Film Fixed Hoop”. Hoop distance about 30cm to 40 cm.

8.ANCHOR INSTALLATION ,single tunnel green house installation
1)Put the brick into the “anchor” then put the Anchor under the soil. The distance according to the Drawing
