greenhouse foundation works, how to do it ?

concrete,  steel bar,  greenhouse embedded parts,

The construction height of greenhouses is generally more than 4 meters, and some even reach 8 meters. The construction area of greenhouses is up to tens of thousands of square meters, and the overall wind and rain bearing capacity of greenhouses is higher. Because modern greenhouse greenhouses basically use hot-dip galvanized light steel structure as the main frame of greenhouse, so in order to strengthen the overall wind load, rain load, snow load capacity of greenhouse greenhouses, generally use ring beam foundation (also known as strip foundation) around the end of the greenhouse reinforcement, greenhouse internal independent column using independent foundation reinforcement。

The circular beam is generally used around the greenhouse, that is, the strip foundation, to strengthen the bearing and enhance the role of heat preservation. The general use of 24 brick walls above the foundation of 20-50 cm high wall skirt, mainly plays a role in cold insulation.
Strip foundation materials are mainly brick, rubble stone, concrete and so on. The cushion layer usually uses C10 concrete, 37 lime soil or compound soil.
Continuous greenhouse greenhouse strip foundation from bottom to top: plain earth rammed, 20 cm 37 grey soil cushion, 10 cm C10 plain concrete cushion, 50 cm brick strip base, 25 cm C20 reinforced concrete ring beam.
Of course, in order to reduce the cost of construction, some greenhouses now use independent foundation instead of strip foundation, but to do a good job of strengthening the independent foundation.
The independent foundation under column of reinforced concrete is widely used in engineering. Because of its simple and clear force, convenient construction and remarkable economic benefit, the independent foundation under column becomes the preferred foundation form in engineering design. The independent foundation under the column is often designed into two forms: step and cone. The choice of cone or step depends on the design and construction habits of each place and each person. Step foundation and cone foundation have their own advantages and disadvantages. At present, stepped-type independent foundation is mostly used.
The independent foundation of terraced greenhouse generally adopts conical and ladder two forms, in which the slope foot of the conical independent foundation is determined according to the height of the foundation. The lowest height of the general foundation edge is not less than 20 cm, and the highest height is not higher than 50 cm. Step independent foundations are usually three steps, with an overall step height of 30-50 cm.
