WATER PADS AND COOLING FANS

   The wet curtain/fan cooling system uses the principle of water evaporation and cooling to achieve the purpose of cooling. The core of the cooling system is the wet curtain that allows water to evaporate. When the air penetrates the wet curtain medium, the sensible heat exchanged with the surface of the wet curtain medium is converted into latent heat of vaporization to realize the humidification and cooling of the air. The wet curtain is generally installed on the north side of the greenhouse, and the fan is generally installed on the south side of the greenhouse. When the temperature needs to be lowered, the fan is started to forcibly extract the air in the greenhouse, causing negative pressure; at the same time, the water pump hits the water on the opposite wet curtain wall. When the outdoor air is sucked into the room by negative pressure, it passes through the gap of the water curtain at a certain speed, which causes the water to evaporate and cool down. The cold air flows through the greenhouse, absorbs indoor heat, and is discharged by the fan to achieve the purpose of cooling down.

2. System composition
   The wet curtain fan cooling system consists of four parts: the wet curtain wall, the circulating water system, the axial fan and the control system. The advantage of the wet curtain is that its large wet surface is in complete contact with the flowing air, so that the air and water have sufficient time to contact, so that the humidity of the air reaches the appropriate humidity sensed by the human body. The fan is matched with the wet curtain. When the fan is turned on, it can ensure the air flow inside and outside the greenhouse, exhaust the indoor high temperature and high humidity gas, and supplement enough fresh air to effectively regulate the indoor temperature.
   Wet curtain: Use high-quality air treatment equipment-wet curtain paper pad. The wet curtain paper pad is the core of the cooling system. It is made of corrugated fiber paper through a special process and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life. The outer frame of the wet curtain is made of aluminum alloy frame profile, which is beautiful, stainless, and easy to maintain.
In order to achieve the effect of heat preservation and warming during the construction of greenhouses in winter, when the temperature is gradually lowered, general greenhouse constructions use heat preservation quilts to assist in the construction of greenhouses.
