Material will be hot dipped galvainized according to the standard.

The composition of the glass greenhouse can be understood that the brace is composed of several units, and the units are connected by bolting. There are two common types of structural units in the patterned greenhouse: 12m*8m units and 12m*4m units. 12m is the span of the multi-span greenhouse, that is, the length of the horizontal truss is 12m (the width of the column is also subtracted in the standard), and one span is a three-pointed structure. 8m and 4m are the size of the bay, that is, the size of the longitudinal column spacing. Longitudinal truss beams need to be used for 8m bays. The greenhouse structural unit is mainly composed of columns, truss beams, gutters (sinks), yaogou supports, roof arches and external shading frameworks.

The columns are divided into load-bearing columns and wind-resistant columns. The columns are of thin-walled hot-dip galvanized light steel structure. Common models are 100*100*3.0, 120*120*3.0, 150*150*3.0. The bottom of the column is welded with the iron plate, the iron plate is punched and the bolts of the embedded parts are connected.

The truss beams of the greenhouse are installed between the columns, and the truss beams are the main supporting function of the top material. The processing technology of the truss beam is to use black pipes for welding, and then the whole body is hot-dipped galvanized. Truss beams are divided into upper cantilever beams, lower cantilever beams, diagonal braces, and vertical braces.

The sink bracket is installed on the top of the column and the truss beam. Its function is to connect the gutter and the column truss.

The sink is the backbone of the greenhouse. The function of the sink is not only to drain water, but also to load-bearing in the north. Because the snow on the top is deposited in the middle of the gutter.

The connection method of the multi-span greenhouse frame and accessories is bolted. The advantages of bolted method are fast installation speed, good wind resistance, good anti-corrosion effect, and can be reused.
