The internal shading system generally uses aluminum foil shading nets, and the shading rate is about 65%.
The system is mainly composed of electric reducer, inner shading net, support, pressure curtain line, transmission shaft, curtain rack and pinion, push-pull rod, driving side aluminum alloy profile, positioning circlip, counterweight plate and corresponding connection accessories.
The main function of the system is to maintain the internal temperature of the greenhouse under extreme weather conditions and at night in winter to reduce heat loss and reduce heating energy consumption

It adopts rack and pinion transmission, and the sunshade screen runs in the direction of the opening. The drive shaft is connected with the reduction motor and the gear. When the reduction motor rotates, the drive shaft drives the gear to rotate. The rotation of the gear drives the walking of the rack, and the push-pull rod is supported by the supporting roller and connected to the rack. Therefore, if the reduction motor rotates back and forth, the push-pull rod can realize reciprocating operation. Fix one end of the sunshade net at the beam and column and one end on the push-pull rod to realize the unfolding and closing of the sunshade net

The internal thermal insulation system can improve the ecological environment in the greenhouse by adjusting the thermal insulation quilt on the top of the greenhouse. In winter, when the inner insulation is fully opened, the insulation is fully expanded, which can effectively reduce the heat loss inside the greenhouse; at the same time, the inner insulation quilt has good water permeability, and the dew will not collect at the top, but quickly Permeate and evaporate quickly. The transmission principle of the inner insulation system is the same as the principle of the inner shading system


According to different environments, we configure internal shading and internal insulation. The hot region does not need supporting internal insulation, while the cold region is different. In some extremely cold regions, two sets of internal insulation are needed to meet the needs of the greenhouse.
